How do I place an order?

Open the app, type your delivery address, tap a vendor, tap items, tap "Continue to delivery." That's five taps for a new user, three for a returning one. If it's more than that on your screen, that's our bug — not yours.

How do you pay drivers?

Tip is 100% to the rider, paid weekly with their other earnings. We never round it down or take a cut. There's a hard pay floor of ₱45 per delivery — algorithms that drop below it are bugs we fix.

How does late-night work?

Between 22:00 and 04:00 we soft-offer your order to TODA tricycle partners in the area first — the same riders you'd flag down at the plaza or the palengke — for 90 seconds. If none accept, we fan out to our gig pool. Read more.

Refunds

Approved refunds reach your card within 24 hours. Email support@tayugo.test or tap "Help" inside the order screen.

Typhoon mode

When the Met Office issues a watch or warning, we extend ETAs by 30 minutes, disable batching, and place per-customer caps on typhoon-prep groceries (water, ice, batteries) so everyone gets some. We suspend operations entirely at category-3+ forecasts. Driver safety beats order completion.
